| This site offers resources to the community and members of the AIA Southwest Washington Chapter. AIA Southwest Washington serves member Architects, Associates, and Allied Members throughout Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Grays Harbor, Wahkiakum, and Skamania counties.
Member resources range from networking and social events to continuing education and design recognition, while resources provided to the community include information about the design process and the ability to search a database of local architects.

The Committee on Community Advocacy has been working for the past several weeks on comments regarding the initial Pacific Avenue Street Improvement concepts presented by the City of Tacoma and the design team on May 9, 2011. The attached comments Position Paper are provided to our members to keep you apprised of the project and our Chapter's involvement.
